FBOs: Air Nunavut, Kenn Borek Air, and First Air all have maintenance bases in Iqaluit.  However, they don't regularly do maintenance for aircraft outside their fleets. So if you expect to require maintenance while you are in Iqaluit, you should contact them in advance to see if they'll be able to help you.

Summit Air is a charter operation based in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. They have been operating for the last couple of summers in Iqaluit, servicing the Baffinland Mines Mary River project, near Pond Inlet.
